TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKING AND USING SPIRAL STUDIOS
On arrival please head straight down to the studio (do not knock on the house door).
The studio is located to the right hand side of house number 29, down the drive.
- STUDIO ACCESS
- Gate Access Code: Sent in confirmation email.
(turn the handle to the left)
- Studio Access Code: This code will be email to you separately and will only work at the time of your booking. Regular customer codes will not change.
(If you have not received a studio door code by the day of your booking please call Freddie on 07733323185)
Please note: No-one will be at the studios to meet you for your session, please let yourself in using the door codes you are sent. You are responsible for the studio during your session time.

- CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours in advance of your session and receive a full refund. Please cancel by emailing us.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking you are not entitled to a any refund. Any refund is under the discretion of Spiral Studios.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking at anytime.

STUDIO DAMAGE
Fair wear and tear is acceptable, we understand sometimes things break. But if we suspect you have damaged anything in the studio either though misuse or deliberately we reserve the right to charge you for the full new price of the item(s).

KEEPING THE STUDIO CLEAN
We reserve the right to charge you up to £50 cleaning fee, if you have left a mess in the studio.

SHUTTING THE STUDIO DOOR
You must Shut the Studio door and gate at the end of end of you session. The fee for leaving the door open at the end of your session if £500.

– Three Active Speakers
Drum kit (Pearl Export shells and stands)
Bass rig (TC Electronics BH500, Ashdown 4×12 cab)

Available to hire:
Orange AD30 – £5
Cornford Roadhouse 30 – £5
Guitar Leads – £1
Snare Drum – £3
Cymbals – £3
Snare + Cymbals – £5
All equipment is subject to availability, please let us know in advance via email if you need anything from the above lists.
You will be charged after for session for any equipment you use. We keep your card details on file in our secure payment gateway 'Stripe' and will raise an invoice and take payment from your card you paid for the session with.
- TOILET
The compost toilet is located next to the entrance of the studio. There is a light next to the door.

Most problems with equipment are fixed quickly and easily, before calling us please check; mute buttons, audio levels, leads and connections.
